How We Got Here

A 14-Year Legacy, A New Beginning

Be Fit Café opened in Powell, Ohio over 14 years ago with a simple idea: healthy food should taste great and be accessible to everyone. It became a community staple — a go-to spot for athletes, families, busy professionals, and anyone who cared about what they put in their body.

"We couldn't let a 14-year community staple disappear."

When the previous ownership announced they were closing, the community felt it. That's when Erik and Josh stepped in. They took over in early 2026 with one goal: honor what made Be Fit special while building it into everything it was always capable of being.

The dining room — closed for six years — is open again. Familiar staples are here, elevated with fresh housemade ingredients and an expanded menu worth getting excited about. Not a nostalgia act — a real step forward.
