Is ordering here cheaper than DoorDash or Uber Eats?
Yes. Our ordering page lists the same prices as the apps, but when you order here the third-party markup is taken off automatically at checkout — and delivery is free. Same kitchen, same food, less money.
Are your calorie and macro counts accurate?
Yes. When we took over in 2026 we rebuilt the menu and recalculated nutrition for every item from scratch. Nothing on the menu is over 750 calories, and the protein, carbs and fat you see are what's in the food.
Do you deliver? How far?
Yes — choose delivery when you order here. We cover Powell, Dublin, Lewis Center and the Sawmill Parkway corridor, and delivery is free when you order from our site.
What are your hours?
Open 7 days: Monday–Friday 7am–9pm, Saturday 9am–9pm, Sunday 10am–8pm. 10259 Sawmill Pkwy, Powell, OH 43065.
Do you have a drive-thru?
Yes — open all business hours. Order ahead online and grab it at the window, or order at the speaker.
Do you have gluten-free options?
Yes. Any pizza can be made on cauliflower crust, salads and most smoothies are naturally gluten-free, and any smoothie can be made with Transparent Labs certified gluten-free, vegan protein.
Do you have vegan or vegetarian options?
Yes. The Veggie Supreme and Mediterranean wraps, the Italian Veggie pizza, our salads, and fruit smoothies like Tropical Greens and Mango Tango. Any smoothie can be made with vegan protein — note it when you order.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. Every wrap, pizza and salad is made to order. Use the item options and the special-instructions field when ordering online — no cheese, sauce on the side, extra chicken — and we double-check it in the kitchen.
When is Smoothie Happy Hour?
Weekdays 2–5pm: regular smoothies $6, large $7.25, two kids smoothies $8.
How does the rewards program work?
It's tied to your phone number — give it at checkout, in store, drive-thru or online, and you earn on every purchase. No app, no punch card. Still have an old Be Fit punch card? Bring it in and we'll honor it.
Do you cater?
Yes — box lunches from $10 per person, wrap and salad trays, and breakfast boxes for teams, schools, game days and family events across Powell, Dublin, Lewis Center and Delaware. Free delivery on orders of $150 or more.
Can I study or hold a meeting in the dining room?
Please do. The dining room is remodeled and open — built for meetings, study sessions and post-workout hangouts.
