We Saved Be Fit — Now We're Building It
When Be Fit Café announced it was closing after 14 years, Powell noticed. This place wasn't just a restaurant — it was part of the rhythm of the community. Parents brought their kids here. Athletes fueled up before games. Regulars had their go-to orders memorized.
So Erik and Josh stepped in. They took over a business that was struggling — understaffed, limited to takeout only despite having a beautiful dining room, and about to close its doors for good. Since reopening in 2026, they've brought back the full menu — and more importantly, they've brought back real, fresh ingredients, accurate macros, and healthy eating. They've reopened the dining room for the first time in six years and started building something that honors the legacy while making it better.
The community impact program is new. The partnerships are being built. The sponsorships are in progress. This is a business at the exciting, scrappy beginning of something real — and we want the Powell community along for the ride.
